Preparing Your Property
In order for a good relationship between landlord and tenant we need to make sure we address the following: Cleanliness, the house must be professional cleaned by an independent cleaning service. By doing this you will ensure that the property is given back to you in the same condition making it easier to re-let. The electrics should be check by a qualified electrician and the appliances PAT tested. If the property has gas central heating then you are required by law to have a “Landlords Gas Safety Certificate” prior to your tenants moving in. The plumbing, waste and water system should be safe sound and in working order with no leaks or blockages. By doing these minor things you are ensuring that the tenant is not only safe but has value for money.

Along with this intense web marketing your property details will appear in our shop window located on the North Camp High Street with full colour photos and write up.
